His career began in 1999 at the Egyptian Tax Authority, where he worked in the Department of Corporate Tax and Foreign Branches. He later joined the Tax Center for Major Taxpayers, the first specialized center of its kind in the Middle East, serving there until 2011.
In 2012, he transitioned to Saudi Arabia’s Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, where he served in Dammam branch until July 2018. During his tenure, he supervised the auditing and examination of tax files for major Saudi and multinational firms, gaining deep operational insight into Saudi tax law.
