He began his career at Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, and PwC in Jordan, later taking on leadership roles in the UAE at Aramex, Emirates Transport, and public joint stock companies. Manar has built internal audit departments from the ground up and led digital transformation initiatives for audit and risk functions.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Southampton (UK) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Al-Ahliyya Amman University, combining academic credentials with practical insights in complex organizational settings.
