Bilal Ababneh brings over 13 years of experience in internal auditing, governance, and

risk management. Throughout his career, he has worked in diverse environments

across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the United

Arab Emirates, the State of Qatar, and the Kingdom of Bahrain.

He has led projects to establish internal audit, internal control, and compliance

departments in publicly listed companies and large family-owned groups. He has also

been involved in special reviews and investigations and contributed to enhancing

executive managements ability to address and respond effectively to emerging risks.

 

Prior to joining “ Maham”, Bilal served as Risk Advisory team leader at a leading

regional firm, where he played a key role in building the infrastructure of internal audit

functions and restructuring of internal control and inspection function within major

organizations.
